Funding from the Maine Technology Institute (MTI) and the UK Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has been given to Warrior (Aero-Marine) Ltd and its wholly possessed US subsidiary, Warrior (Aero-Marine), Inc., of Scarborough, Maine for the unfolding of a prototype amphibious aircraft called the Centaur, that will rely heavily forward composites.
MTI has awarded a $500000 exhibition Award to Warrior (Aero-Marine), Inc., which is single of the largest awards to the end of time given by MTI. The award will be used to expand Maine's composite sector and draw on the expertise of the composite lab at the University of Maine,
