Resin schemes Inc. (RSI), a chemical technology company in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, has inserted into an exclusive supply agreement with Omniglass Ltd of Winnipeg, Manitoba, to grant its thermosetting polyurethane Version(tm) resins. The agreement has an initial season of two years and is renewable for successive one-year periods.
The agreement provides Omniglass with the exclusive right to use Version resins to make constitutings for the North American window and door industry
